The staff and location of the hotel were amazing. The staff working there were affable. Stores and boutiques close to the property. Besides, the area was beautiful, next to Wraggs Mall...
The location was fabulous, next to visitor center. The rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast
We think it's a decent place for staying in Charleston. Btw, their maid is top! There is a good restaurant.
Site was clean. Good location, proximity to king street and walking distance of restaurants. Free breakfast
Halls Chophouse is walking distance to the hotel. The venue was situated in the central location.
I would recommend to revisit the hotel for every one, book a room with a view over pool. The location was ideal, I really enjoyed it.
Parking, excellent rooms, comfortable beds, great location, breakfast. We greatly enjoyed the location and breakfast and consistent prices.
The staff were very helpful and pleasant. They offered to help in any way possible. The breakfast was good.
The desk staff was exceptionally friendly and gracious---clean room-- great location---convenient parking-
The handicapped shower was not hooked up correctly--floor was really flooded-- had to use all towels to soak up water---
This inn is close to the visitor center as well as to the trolley. This made planning our day and transportation easy. The trolley was Free during my visit.
The breakfast was quite good; but the coffee was not.
Free, DIY breakfast including waffle maker, free coffee 24 hrs a day and cookies in the afternoon.
Plastic cutlery and throwaway plates at breakfast caused a lot of waste.
stafff were very friendly & helpful.
breakfast was good in general, but cooked food was a disappointment - processed scrambled egg
loved the cushy beds and the great breakfast
the price of parking and no access to a microwave even down stairs wher we had great breakfast.
Friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the hotel, position, wireless internet, breakfast
Noise from the street in 2nd level room facing the street
food offerings, the comfort of the beds
the scrambled eggs were over cooked -too hard, basically crumbles and hard to eat. missed having sausage gravy and biscuits that were offered in the past
